Garfield NJ, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced charges against two 18-year-old Bergen County men, both of whom were 17 years old at the time of the incident. These charges have been filed as a juvenile delinquency matter stemming from an armed robbery in Garfield, NJ, following a nearly year-long investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, under the direction of Chief Matthew Finck, and the Garfield Police Department, under the direction of Chief Joseph Delaney.

Ringleader of Bergen Residential Burglary Gang from Teaneck Gets 14-years

Teaneck NJ, Attorney General Matthew J. Platkin today announced a 14-year prison sentence for a Bergen County man who acted as the leader of a criminal ring responsible for numerous residential burglaries across much of New Jersey.

Borough of Haledon Computer Breach: Personal Information may have been Compromised

Glen Rock NJ, according to Glen Rock Police on Monday August 16th at 2:20 PM,  a Glen Rock resident reported being contacted by a collection agency over a delinquent bill from a wireless carrier. Upon inquiry, the resident was informed that the cell phone in question had been shipped to an address in Newark.  A review of the account also detected other discrepancies showing that this was, in fact, a fraud.
