Newark NJ, A sprawling healthcare fraud scheme that siphoned millions of dollars from the Amtrak health care plan has claimed its latest conviction. Jaekwan Lee, a 41-year-old licensed physical therapist from Flushing, New York, officially pleaded guilty in Newark federal court to his role in a conspiracy that defrauded the national railroad service of more than $11 million.
