Madison NJ, Seventeen percent of New Jersey residents claim Italian ancestry, but in an era where immigrants from around the world are making the state more diverse, are Italian Americans still a distinct group? According to the latest results from the FDU Poll, Italian Americans, and especially Italian American men, remain different politically from other whites in the state, and are much more likely to be Republicans and support former President Trump.
