Brick Township NJ, The New Jersey State Police, Wall Township Police Department, and Brick Township Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance with identifying a man suspected of impersonated a police officer.
On August 1, at approximately 2:00 p.m., the victim stopped her car in Brick Township because she thought a police officer was pulling her over. The suspect was driving behind the victim in a black, older model Ford Crown Victoria when he activated a blue dome light on the front dashboard.
North Wildwood NJ, Married detectives with the New Jersey State Police today agreed to forfeit their jobs to resolve charges that they filed false reports about their conduct during a physical altercation in a bar in North Wildwood, N.J., in February 2020.
Vineland City NJ, the New Jersey State Police have arrested Cary Speaks, 29, of Birdsboro, PA, for allegedly brandishing a handgun and shooting at another driver during a road rage incident in Vineland City, Cumberland County.
On June 20, troopers from Troop “A” Port Norris Station responded to State Highway 55 southbound in the area of milepost 35 for the report of a shooting. When troopers arrived, they discovered that a victim’s Ford F-150 was struck by gunfire as he was approaching exit 35. During the investigation, detectives determined that the driver of an unidentified white SUV fired a gun and struck the victim’s vehicle during a road rage incident. The victim provided a description of the suspect, who fled the scene traveling southbound.
Bedminster Township NJ, The New Jersey State Police are investigating a shooting incident where a man shot and struck a vehicle in Bedminster Township, Somerset County.
On Wednesday, July 7, troopers from Troop “B” Perryville Station responded to Interstate 78 westbound in the area of milepost 28 where the driver of a Toyota Camry alleged that her vehicle was struck by gunfire.
Based on the preliminary investigation, at approximately 8:25 p.m., following an apparent road rage incident, the driver of a large black newer model SUV with Pennsylvania license plates fired a weapon and struck the victim’s vehicle. The suspect continued traveling westbound and fled the scene.
A detective with the New Jersey State Police Forensic Imaging Unit created a composite sketch of the suspect.

Trenton NJ, Attorney General Gurbir S. Grewal today announced arrests of 31 individuals who are charged with sexually exploiting children online. The 31 men were arrested in “Operation 24/7,” a collaborative operation launched to address the continued spike in reports of potential threats to children from online predators during the COVID pandemic.
Newark NJ, the New Jersey State Police Fugitive Unit coordinated a 2-day cooperative mobile deployment dubbed “Operation Summer in the City.” This multi-agency effort led to the arrest of 20 fugitives in Essex County, which included 7 documented street gang members. These deployments will continue throughout the summer as part of a comprehensive initiative to reduce violent crime statewide.
Barnegat Bay NJ, the New Jersey State Police is seeking the public’s assistance with identifying three men who allegedly burglarized a hunting club located on a remote island in the Barnegat Bay off Harvey Cedars, Ocean County.
On June 4, the men were captured on video surveillance entering the property of the Sandy Island Gun Club. The men broke a second story window to gain entry inside, caused additional damage to the property and stole several items.

Woodbridge Township NJ, The New Jersey State Police have arrested Jean Carlo Del Carmen Gonzalez, 22, of New Brunswick, N.J. after fleeing a vessel stop in Middlesex County.
