Charlie Brown’s Township of Washington location is “Avalable”

Twp of Washington NJ, Charlie Brown’s Township of Washington location  is now up for sale or rent.  The former location of Charlie Brown’s is located at 95 Linwood Avenue  has a realtor sign in front that simply states “available” .The restaurant’s parent company filed for bankruptcy in November 2010, as part of a restructuring that included the closing of 47 restaurants, including 29 Charlie Brown’s locations.In 2011, a New York private-equity company agreed to pay $9.5 million to buy Charlie Brown’s Steakhouse. CB Restaurants Inc. took over 20 Charlie Brown’s restaurants, including 17 locations in New Jersey and The Office Beer Bar & Grill chain was sold to Villa Restaurant Group for $4.7 million.The restaurant chain currently has 16 operating restaurants in New Jersey and New York. At last count there are 13 locations “operating’.

Since 1969, the NJ Realtors Educational Foundation has awarded scholarships to hundreds of deserving students that are enrolled or will be enrolled in an undergraduate program. The selection process for these students included their academic achievements, financial need, interest in real estate endeavors, and contributions to family, school, and communities.
