Saddle River NJ, Saddle River Police investigated a Tuesday afternoon, 10/16, three (3) vehicle crash that resulted in the temporary closure of two (2) travel lanes on Route 17 southbound near East Allendale Avenue, Saddle River. Two (2) occupants of a white colored 4-door sedan were transported by ambulance to The Valley Hospital with non life threatening injuries. The drivers of a box truck and tractor trailer involved in the collision were uninjured. All three (3) damaged vehicles were removed from the scene by separate tow trucks.

Ridgewood Crash Creates Traffic Havoc

Ridgewood NJ, Ridgewood Police, Fire Department, and EMS personnel aided two (2) victims of a Monday morning, 03/27, motor vehicle crash that took place on Route 17 southbound just north of Linwood Avenue, Ridgewood. A pickup truck rear ended a van; two (2) occupants of the van were transported by separate ambulances to local hospitals with non life threatening injuries. A flatbed tow truck removed the van from the scene. The pickup truck appeared to have been undamaged. Traffic flow on Route 17 southbound in the crash vicinity was significantly restricted, which caused major backups.
