Ridgewood NJ, No injuries nor damage were/was reported when a Toyota Prius jumped a retaining wall in the rear of a medical office building on South Maple Avenue in Ridgewood mid Friday afternoon, 05/10. This is not the first time in 2022 an almost identical accident occurred .
A flatbed tow truck was dispatched to aid in getting the vehicle back on solid ground. Ridgewood Police handled the single vehicle accident investigation.

Glen Rock NJ, a Glen Rock man called 911, claiming he was involved in a dispute with a man who was urinating next to a dumpster in a gas station parking lot near South Maple and Highwood Avenues. After the men argued, the man who allegedly peed near the dumpster drove away in a Toyota Avalon, which was no longer in the area when Glen Rock officers arrived. No other witnesses were identified, nor were any other reports received, police said.

Ridgewood NJ, a vehicle that had just been returned to its owner after having been repaired by a local auto body shop dropped all of its automatic transmission fluid in the travel lane on the southbound side of South Maple Avenue near Prospect Street, Ridgewood on Thursday afternoon, 12/22. Ridgewood FD personnel applied an absorbent material to the roadway and ensured that no fire hazard was present in the vehicle. Ridgewood PD officers provided traffic control during the incident. A tow truck was summoned to return the vehicle to the auto body shop
