Ridgewood NJ, Ridgewood Police Officer Ptl. Peter Tuchol responded to a business on East Ridgewood Avenue to investigate suspicious acts in the past. Upon arrival the business manager reported a party entered the business and requested assistance. The male party reported he locked himself out of his apartment and requested $25 cash to pay a locksmith to open the door. The suspicious male borrowed the cash and he reported he would immediately return to replace the money after he gained entry into the apartment. The male party never returned to refund the business. The business wished to document the incident to possibly warn others of the suspicious white male, large build, approximately 6’2” and weighing 270 lbs. with strawberry blonde colored hair. If anyone has a similar incident please contact the Ridgewood Police.
