MOOTS of Hasbrouck Heights, NJ on charges of hindering apprehension or prosecution and obstructing the administration of law. The indictment was the result of a months-long investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Matthew Finck and the Ridgefield Police Department under the direction of Chief Thomas Gallagher.

Hackensack NJ, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announces the following information:
The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Fatal Accident Investigation Unit and the Hackensack Police Department are investigating a motor vehicle collision that occurred on Hackensack Avenue at Terhune Place in Hackensack. The collision resulted in two fatalities. Two vehicles collided, which resulted in the death of the driver of one vehicle and the passenger of the other vehicle. Two other individuals were injured and transported to Hackensack University Medical Center.
