West Trenton NJ, The New Jersey State Police announce motor vehicle crash fatalities in 2019 were the lowest since 2014. Preliminary statistics indicate that there were 559 fatalities on New Jersey roadways in 2019, four less than the 563 fatalities reported in 2018.

Lincoln Park NJ,  The New Jersey State Police have arrested Jimmy Correa, 40, of Lincoln Park, N.J. who was wanted for drug distribution and weapons possession charges in connection with a drug trafficking investigation that resulted in the seizure of drugs and gun from a storage facility in Fair Lawn Borough, N.J.

Trenton NJ, The New Jersey State Police Troop “D” Criminal Investigation Office is proud to announce that Mr. Red and Mr. Yellow M&M were located unharmed.
Both Red and Yellow were reunited with their twin siblings at the PNC Bank Arts Center on September 01, 2018, after going missing on Monday, August 20.
The Troop “D” Criminal Investigation Office would like to thank all of those who called with leads, Live Nation, the PNC Bank Arts Center, and M&M Mars Corporation for their assistance with this case.
The collaborative effort resulted in resolving the investigation without the need for an arrest—a very sweet conclusion.

State Police Arrest Paramus Man for Fatal 2016 Hit-and-Run Boat Crash

Paramus NJ,  The New Jersey State Police arrested Shawn Kelly, 44 of Paramus, N.J., earlier this morning for a fatal hit-and-run boat crash as a result of a 23-month-long cooperative investigation with the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.

Trenton NJ, The New Jersey State Police is aware of unknown actor(s) spoofing one of our phone lines. The suspect(s) has been calling people, telling them that they have active arrest warrants. The caller requests victims make payment via credit card or risk going to jail.

The New Jersey State Police does not call people to solicit funds over the phone for an outstanding warrant or any other purpose. If you are called by someone stating they are from the State Police asking for your credit card information, do not engage in conversation. Simply hang up the phone. The matter is currently under investigation.

Paramus NJ, The New Jersey State Police and the Bergen County Sheriff’s Department are seeking the public’s assistance with identifying an unknown male.
On January 29, the man was admitted to Newbridge Medical Center in Paramus where he currently remains non-responsive.
He is described as a white male in his mid to late 20’s with dirty blonde hair and hazel or gray eyes. He is 5’8”, weighs 130 lbs and has a tattoo on his left chest that reads “NAIVASHA.”Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Joel Trella at (609)203-7294.
