Ridgewood NJ, the Ridgewood Friends of Music reminds all students that their 4th Annual Songwriting Contest is open until December 1st – all submissions are due then. Students of any age are invited to write a song for any instrument(s), voice, or combination. Any style and any length accepted. Entries are grouped by age and are judged by professional composers and musicians. The winners in each category may have their pieces premiered at the Friends of Music Concert in January 2023!
