Teaneck NJ, the Teaneck Planning Board recently held the first hearing on an application for a new cannabis retail dispensary and cultivation facility at 455 Alfred Ave., proposed by Nutra Leaf LLC and T-Verde LLC. The site, situated in a light industrial area near Route 4, would see the development of both a retail store and a cultivation space within the same warehouse.
