Ridgewood NJ, New Jersey Attorney General Matthew J. Platkin co-led a coalition of 12 attorneys general in filing a comment letter supporting robust antidiscrimination protections for transgender students in response to a proposed rule by the U.S. Department of Education (USDOE) that would clarify how schools receiving federal funding can remain in compliance with Title IX, a federal civil rights statute, when determining a transgender student’s eligibility to participate on school athletic teams.
Trenton J, Senator Michael Testa called for the New Jersey Legislature to advance a proposal he sponsors to protect women’s sports to complement recent congressional action that is intended to preserve the spirit of Title IX.
Ridgewood NJ, as the Governor’s Administration persists with efforts to indoctrinate students with values and beliefs that reflect political policies, Senator Joe Pennacchio has vowed to continue fighting for New Jersey parents.
Washington DC. The Supreme Court ruled Monday that the key federal law prohibiting discrimination in the workplace protects gay, lesbian or transgender employees from being disciplined, fired or turned down for a job based on their sexual orientation.
Is Caitlyn Jenner, the most fabulous trans individual ever to strap a bra over budding boobs and squeeze wrinkly buns into extra-extra-large pantyhose, ready to hang up her high heels, trash her female hormones and return to life as a mannamed Bruce?
It makes sense. A depraved, twisted kind of sense. As if the public has been played by a mistress, toying with our heads like kittens with string. For Cait is a devious narcissist who learned her craft at the feet of the Kardashian clan, the most shameless, self-absorbed, attention-seeking hucksters ever to roam the reality-TV universe — until Cait.
I’m not transphobic in the least. I support people’s rights to live, work, date and marry as the genders with which they self-identify. (I just want any stranger equipped with junk to keep the hell out of my bathroom.)

(CNSNews.com) — Dr. Paul R. McHugh, the former psychiatrist-in-chief for Johns Hopkins Hospital and its current Distinguished Service Professor of Psychiatry, said that transgenderism is a “mental disorder” that merits treatment, that sex change is “biologically impossible,” and that people who promote sexual reassignment surgery are collaborating with and promoting a mental disorder.
Dr. McHugh, the author of six books and at least 125 peer-reviewed medical articles, made his remarks in a recentcommentary in the Wall Street Journal, where he explained that transgender surgery is not the solution for people who suffer a “disorder of ‘assumption’” – the notion that their maleness or femaleness is different than what nature assigned to them biologically.
He also reported on a new study showing that the suicide rate among transgendered people who had reassignment surgery is 20 times higher than the suicide rate among non-transgender people. Dr. McHugh further noted studies from Vanderbilt University and London’s Portman Clinic of children who had expressed transgender feelings but for whom, over time, 70%-80% “spontaneously lost those feelings.”
Hillsdale NJ, The Pascack Valley Regional High School District voted 6-1 to pass a policy they say is designed to protect transgender students’ rights. The district said the policy is needed to comply with anti-discrimination laws.
The policy allows transgender students to use restrooms and locker rooms based on their gender identity. Hummm what could possible go wrong with that ?
According to NBCNEWYORK The policy follows several other New Jersey school districts that have passed similar measures. But one school board member hinted the debate is far from over, saying he expects lawsuits to be filed against the district.
The meeting was the second time the proposal has been put up for a vote. The school board tabled the issue in February after parents and residents rightly voiced concerns.
