Montvale NJ, Montvale residents, don’t be alarmed if you spot a balloon in the sky this Friday! According to Mayor Mike Ghassali, Veolia Water will be launching at least one balloon over their property on Summit Avenue as part of an ongoing survey for the planned water tank installation.
