Ridgewood NJ, at the September 6, 2023 Village Council Worksession, we heard from Councilwoman Winograd that 25% of the community of Ridgewood CANNOT WALK. This was in a discussion about whether the Zabriskie Schedler house should be open to those who might want to enter and see the improvements.
