Beginning at 9 a.m., Monday, February 3, NJDOT’s contractor, IEW Construction Group, will close the shoulder on Route 17 in both directions for concrete pier cap repairs to the Spring Street overpass near the Ramsey/Route 17 NJTRANSIT station.
