Ridgewood NJ, in a recent email disseminated by the Village Manager Keith Kazmark, Kazmark claimed that at both the June 5th and August 7th Village Council meeting Matrix New World engineering presented the results of the soil tests at the Schedler Property on West Saddle River Road on the “berm” and then the rest of the property . The tests revealed enough evidence to warrant further testing of the property and if needed the property would have to be remediated.
