Don’t be fooled the pavilion at Habernickel is for Healthbarn over flow. She can have up to 95 kids there in the summer and she has no where to put them in case of bad weather. There is a fire code for the house. I believe 45 people inside. . Where will the the other 50 go during the spring and summer storms? under the new pavilion that tax payers are being asked to pay for
Right and they can’t go into the barn because that is being taken down. It sounds like all roads lead back to Healthbarn. Why are they getting such a low rent if they are always there doing camps, parties 24/7? Somehting doesn’t add up as per usual.

Facts. Should have seen her at the employee dinner. All she did was complain about police and fire salaries you know the people who protect us and talk about how the village manager is eating out of her hands so she’ll get whatever she asks for. The arrogance. God forbid you ever have the unfortunate experience of meeting her husband. A site manager for rental buildings who you would think lives a fancy life…then look up their house. You’ll understand why they think the government should finance.

Habernickle Park looks like a flee market in the summer with tents set up for backpacks of Healthbarn kids. I guess she wants more land for activities so she can have even more kids at one time. She still has 9 years on her lease what will be her next ask? When will the Andover residents wake up and speak up about what they have to deal with? It already is a very active park 3 seasons with sport games and practices plus the very busy business all year. Nest Hillcrest will need a flashing traffic light in front of the entrance to the park for all the cars & buses coming and going.
When will tax payers wake up. It’s your money paying for a private businesses success

I believe that Ms. Nan also requested budget for a new person to be hired at $60k per year to work on much needed organization of events for Parks and recreation department and to work with teams for scheduling on the master library tool that they use to secure the field space they need. Just watch and this will turn into a full time postion with benefits and a pension one day so lets earmark this one for later review.
FUN FACT: Nancy Bigos is called NAN by Kazmark. And she calls him MY MANAGER. What?!?

This ask for Habernickel is for the use of the business in the park. The business can have up to 95 kids in the summer. Camp plus field trips. She sets up tents that look like a flee market at best. These tents do not protect from summer storms. Fire code for the house is 45 people. Where are the excess of 50 more bodies going in case of bad weather?
It’s a pretense calling it a lightening shelter for the sports kids. If that was true they would be putting it at maple, citizens, lower hawes and all the field used by our children. Not clients of a business. This is the only park with a business and now the only one getting a pavilion. Come on!!!!
