Gettysburg PA, The Donald J. Trump for President Campaign Legal Team today announced that the State Legislatures in Pennsylvania, Arizona and Michigan will hold public hearings on the election beginning tomorrow and next week in an effort to provide confidence that all of the legal votes have been counted and the illegal votes have not been counted in the November 3rd election.

The first hearing, held by the Pennsylvania State Senate, will be conducted today, Wednesday, November 25th, in Gettysburg, PA, where each participating Senator will give a five-minute opening statement followed by testimony from witnesses who have filed affidavits attesting to 2020 election fraud. Tomorrow’s hearing will also feature a presentation from former New York City Mayor and Personal Attorney to President Trump, Rudy Giuliani.

On Monday, November 30th, the Arizona legislature will hold their own hearing, followed by the Michigan legislature holding their own hearing on Tuesday, December 1st. Details for both hearings to follow.

“It’s in everyone’s interest to have a full vetting of election irregularities and fraud,” said Mayor Giuliani. “And the only way to do this is with public hearings, complete with witnesses, videos, pictures and other evidence of illegalities from the November 3rd election.”

“We are pleased that the State Legislatures in Pennsylvania, Arizona and Michigan will be convening hearings to examine the November 3rd presidential election,” added Trump campaign Senior Legal Advisor and Personal Attorney to President Donald J. Trump, Jenna Ellis. “There were serious irregularities, we have proof of fraud in a number of states, and it is important for all Americans to have faith in our electoral process. All we have wanted from the outset is to count every legal vote and discount every illegal vote.”

State Legislatures are uniquely qualified and positioned to hold hearings on election irregularities and fraud before electors are chosen. As established in Article 2, Section 1.2 of the United States Constitution, State Legislatures have the sole authority to select their representatives to the Electoral College, providing a critical safeguard against voter fraud and election manipulation.

  1. It’s clear to me that Biden will be President in January. Was their fraud? Yes, there’s always fraud in elections. There’s simply far too much incentive for there not to be fraud. Both sides do it although I firmly believe that Democrats do it way better and justify it to themselves by believing they are fighting evil. This recent mailing of ballots was a gift to them that they fought very hard to get. In normal times, Biden would have lost in a landslide. Now as for the “fraud”, the word “fraud” is a little flexible. The majority of the “fraud” was very organized teams that only had to work in specific swing states. The operation consisted of getting huge data dumps of people who were not registered to vote. These people just don’t normally participate due mostly to being dysfunctional. Many of these people were presented with completed paperwork with a “sign here” request and this resulted in a registered voter and a Dem vote. Is this fraud? Maybe, but guess what? Absolutely no Republican votes were kept.

  3. The other side winning does not constitute fraud. Trump is proof of that. There are always winners and losers in elections, otherwise why have them. We need to move on.

  4. Been waiting for James to post something on this.

Trump will never concede (Bravo !) but it will take months to uncover the plan hatched for the 6 states.

  5. Now if someone could just tell the legislatures that they are having meetings that would be good , because apparently they don’t know about them. The Pennsylvania meeting today is just some Republican State Senators. The other meetings are somewhat of a mystery.
