Oakland NJ, Please be advised that road work along Ramapo Valley Road in Mahwah will be commencing this Monday, August 8th, which will necessitate a HARD ROAD CLOSURE on both sides of their work zone at the old Carmel Retreat property, located at 1071 Ramapo Valley Road.
The closure that is effecting Oakland will be at the intersection of Ramapo Valley Road and Glen Gray Road between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday until at least the end of the month. The closure on the Mahwah side is set for Darlington Avenue. Detour information will be put out via a reverse 911 call, as well as signage. Please plan alternate routes accordingly and expect some delays as you travel through this area.
