“In regards to the photograph of the new apartment complex aside the Train.

It is a disgrace , a marker as to how far we have drifted from any reasonable standards. It looks like a loading dock
in the back of an abandoned Sears distribution site.

yes ,we know that it has not been completed..what is next
is the Cars versus pedestrians around this unacceptable
project. We have become hackensack in worst way.

THE ROADS ARE SHOT , & It has been a LIGHT Snow & Ice event WINTER…COUNTY Has abandoned its responsibility to VOR county main roads outside of the hot patch County pothole carts. This is not acceptable government at any level of minimum needs of very high taxed citizens.”

  1. The current council is not doing us any favors.
The developers should be paying to re-pave the roads their trucks are destroying. Even if that means re-paving every week. Why should any of us suffer a blown out tire due to a pot hole caused by the slum lords’ trucks? Not sure the council is doing anything except coddle the developers and looking the other way.
If they are not up to the task, or if they can’t speak out becuase its against their interests to offend the builders, then they should step aside and resign.

  2. Im a long time resident NOT in favor of these various apartments. Unfortunely in the state of NEW JERKEY a developer can pull a ‘mt laurel’ deal and get many more apartments than we are currently seeing built. Thank the NJ state supreme court. if we didn’t roll over somewhat…we would have had to bend over and grab our ankles. lets hope they are taxed appropriately so if they attract residents with school age kids… they pay.

  3. So sad.
A once great town now sucks.
Just waiting for the rest of the world to catch up and watch housing prices crash.

    .

  4. An awful lot of people are going to be moving into this town. Wow lots of apartments being built and all at once
