This sounds expense to me – i.e. Expense that we (the village) will have to pay:
Relevant Issues:
1) Air conditioning at Habernickel needs repair – in progress.
2) Baseball parking in our private driveway and filling rear lot parking during travel season.
3) Flooring in office suite needs repair due to plumbing issue.
4) Neighbors unfairly targeting our programs for noise, idling, parking and neighborhood
disruption continuously which is impacting our ability to conduct business.
5) Weekly garbage pick-up is not consistent.
Also, why isn’t village charging them for parking upto 2 busses at Graydon? Their lease only allows them to park @ 12 spots at the property. For any additional parking they should pay us.
How much time Tim is spending there with Tracy and her team and who is paying for this time?
Lastly, how do they have 10% students from Ridgewood, for a class size of 6? How on earth are they calculating 10% of 6 as ONE CHILD?
What the hell was our village manager thinking when she gave away 12 spots from baseball parking to HealthBarn? Now where will the baseball teams park?
Even though Roberta is still the official Village Manager and this is run by a friend, as well as a business being for profit in an area where that is supposedly prohibited, can’t something be done about this? Ridgewood has already invested money for their garden and sprinkling system (run during only the regulated hours?) and it looks like much more is ahead. Also. Graydon’s parking does not have room for busses during summer hours.
They get the deal of the century and they are bitching about it???
Throw them out. Awful. Whole thing a boondoggle for village manager’s friends. She has to go, her HR pal has to go, and this pal has to go. Done.
Sell the whole rotten mess to a developer.
Maybe satisfy some low income housing requirement.
