Reader says forget college preparedness RHS’s student walkout performance this year is sure to boost its progressive poll ranking come next year

RHS 2017

Let’s take a guess: the rankings are weighted in favor of radical progressive political priorities and how well the high school in question advances the same. If Ridgewood High School is slipping in the poll, that is because RHS is not revamping its culture and curriculum quickly enough to the liking of the radical progressives, and is therefore falling behind other schools. To be fair, the rankings may have been tabulated before the recent school walkout protest, during which Ridgewood High School’s Students Demand Action club and complicit Principal joined forces to maximize student body participation, achieving a number of 1000 students, as attested to by Principal Gorman personally to the assembled media, and arrived at by the use of sophisticated and proprietary Reform Math algorithms. So RHS’s student walkout performance this year is sure to boost its progressive poll ranking come next year.

A Boston judge has cleared a group of climate protesters who were facing criminal charges stemming from a 2016 protest over a pipeline in West Roxbury, citing the necessity of their actions in a potentially landmark ruling.
    .
“It may well be the first of its kind in a case involving climate change, in that it’s a judicial recognition of the measures that we need to take to address climate change,” said Andrew Fischer, an attorney for some of the defendants. “In that sense, it is a revolutionary step.”

The protesters, including Karenna Gore, the daughter of former Vice President Al Gore, were facing charges of trespassing and disturbing the peace after climbing into a construction trench. On Tuesday, prosecutors asked a judge to convert the criminal charges into civil infractions, saying in the event of a conviction they were unlikely to ask for any further punishment. After allowing the motion, Judge Mary Ann Driscoll found the defendants not responsible, saying she agreed with their argument that their actions were necessary to combat climate change.

Judge Mary Ann Driscoll has dismissed criminal charges against protestors including Al Gore’s daughter on the grounds that their actions were necessary to prevent climate change!
So, can we now all get charges dismissed if we think our riot was “Necessary”?
    Bwahahaha!
    Only Leftists can do THAT!

So the judge has declared that the end do justify the means.
Ergo – assassination is justifiable too.
The judge should be impeached and thrown out.

The judge should follow the law, not her misguided and ill informed beliefs on climate change. She should not be a judge. Impeach her. Fire her. Shame her.

Kinda what I was wondering as well. But we all know this would only be allowed if a Leftie were to assassinate a Conservative….not the other way around.

Yes, Judge Mary Ann Driscoll has set aside the rule of law.
If strongly held belief’s are now taken by a judge as sufficient to over-rule and ignore the law when people choose to break it then the rule of law no longer prevails.
Add this to the “pile” accumulating in our Nation’s legal hand-basket.

We are in the midst of a judicial tyranny. Any way you look at it this will not end well…
