ridgewood water

Gotta love that RW water is giving advise or suggestions on any best practice, management ideas, or cost control.
Ridgewood Water should be a course study in management ineffectiveness, lack of foresight and planning, and inability to provide sufficient product. In any real world they would be out of business in short order.
The only thing that lacks real leadership more then RW Water is the Village Council who allows this to ridiculous situation to continue year after year.

  1. the new guy in charge (Mr. Calby) seems to be on the ball and knows what he is doing. Sadly he was left a huge mess to clean up

  2. This is a case study in why the private sector does things better than the government

  3. Calbi inherited a mess and is getting Ridgewood Water back on track. They are fixing facilities, planning capital improvements and have been extremely responsive to resident input since Calbi took over. If you want to drink surface water, which is treated with 4x more chlorine than our groundwater AND far more vulnerable to intentional contamination, then let’s sell Ridgewood Water and hook up to Suez. I, for one, don’t think that makes a whole lot of sense.

  4. Stop all this bullshit. Sell the water co. to people that know what their doing.

  5. Sell it. The less money there is to slosh around village hall the better.
