“Residents will have to pay for the Mayor and Village Managers legal fees.” TRUE. Which begs the question, why would Roberta, Paul et. al do something so blatantly out of step with the law so as to cause taxpayers to spend money to fight them legally, in addition to taxpayers footing any legal bills they have? Additionally, where is Matt Rogers? The bond counsel has been providing legal advice on these matters to date…why has he not weighed in?
This is a horrible precedent to set for our Village…I would think residents would be outraged if the Village was promoting one presidential candidate over another on the website. Thank you to Gail, Lorraine and everyone else involved with these efforts. It is sad it came to this, there was no need for Paul, Roberta etc to go this far as they had a lot of support on their side, but now everything is tainted.
What’s up with the cut from the “aesthetically pleasing” comment to a graffiti covered dumpster, roof satellite dishes, broken street light stanchions, cardboard, 55 gallon barrels & a bird?
Does this mean that the people of the village are finally paying attention to what is going on in town?
Mayor acts more and more like someone he says he can’t stand: Chris Christie.
All you have to do is stop for the light at the corner of Linwood and Maple and look at the town property (Graydon and Vets) to the left and right of you. Most of the time you will see more weeds than grass. Thank God the people on the opposite corner care a lot more than the people running this town. Same thing for the train station and the parking lot around it. Disgraceful. Corner of Maple and Franklin is (usually) no prize either.
Video was produced by Studio 94, owned by Tim Hillman, son of Hillman Electric.
Wow such sleuth work Amamom, you’re saving the Villagd one scoop at a time
Maple and Franklin are private property ,do not blame the village.

.
Thanks 12:42, I’ll add Hillman to my “Don’t Buy” List.
They won’t displace “Greek to Me” in the top spot, but I’ll add them to the list.
Definitely won’t buy from Hillman ever again.
2:10- I know it’s not owned by the town. The point is you would think the town would go after the owner of that property, who, I believe is a Ridgewood resident. That property is not kept up with any consistency, unlike the apartments across the street.
