Beware small print. Surely there are some smaller issues being addressed here that will not favor the saving face of the village but the the new town VALLEYWOOD. The H Zone that changes Ridgewood, folks!!!!
Wake up your neighbors before it is too late. There has been much discussion about how this affects what the next group running Valley wants to do because the Village will have nothing to say when Valley decides to add 10 more stories.
An H ZONE let’s Valley do what it wants to do in its H ZONE and all we can do will be to watch them double, trible etc etc. Nice job, VOR.
