More than 1200 athletes marched in the parade through town and join their families at VETS field for the Opening Day Family Fun Day Celebration. There are food trucks, inflatables, music, vendors, a Varsity
Baseball game, and several rec baseball and softball games. It is a great community event to kick off the start of the season .

Too bad these kids won’t have anywhere to play because of the nimbys of west saddle River road
Nice to focus on the kids and the game and yes Schedler is the only option in the entire town LOL (stuck on stupid) , fyi baseball is played on grass, not on carpet or on highways
knock down some of the high density housing and build fields

Now, now, your ugly is showing.
There are a few main qualities that contribute to sportsmanlike behavior:
1. Be supportive. If you’re losing, it’s best not to take your disappointment out on other people;
2. Have a positive attitude. Having a negative attitude can bring everyone down;
3. Be respectful. Whether you win or lose, it’s essential to show respect to others. …
4. Be willing to learn. …
5. Practice self-control. …
its a great day for Ridgewood baseball and softball
“A young boy called up and asked me if I preferred grass or astroturf,” chuckled Tug. “And I told him that I had never smoked astroturf. ”
A great event for the kids.
