  2. Let’s not mince words, most of the participating restaurants on this list are middling, at best. One notable exception, perhaps surprisingly, is Green Fusion. I’m neither a vegan or a vegetarian but I’ve found their food to be consistently fresh and flavorful. The service at times has been a bit iffy but at least it’s healthy and not overpriced given the portions and quality.
