Ridgewood NJ, at the Village Council meeting it was announced by the new Village Manager Keith Kazmark – The Pedestrian Plaza will be on Saturdays only through October 9. No more Sundays effective Sunday, July 9. “Scaled back” was how the statement was worded.

This doesn’t give anything back to the affected business that are BY LAW closed on Sundays! If this has to be done, it should be done on Sundays, so that fewer businesses are negatively affected by the closed streets.

The dining corrals and Pedestrian Plaza were only a draw during COVID. That ship has sailed. This Village Council Majority ignored warnings, as they continue to do, and everything is becoming one failure after another.

This new manager knows that he needs to sweep from the top right down. The plan is all new Forman supervisors Directors. Sweep sweep sweep, oh well. He is bagging his head against the wall. Us the taxpayers are demanding why do we have vehicles in the department of public works that there’s no need to utilize certain vehicles. I’m contacting our investigation. There’s no reason for a foreman in the streets department do utilize a brand new Ford explore. All foreman should be in pick up trucks, they supposed to be working foreman/supervision. There are no more superintendence throughout the village there’s only a few directors, this is uncalled for, this is a waste of money. There’s no reason for this no need for this, it’s just unacceptable. The new village manager needs to address this. Why would our old village manager make that decision on utilizing a brand, new Ford explore for a For woman/supervision , it just doesn’t make sense. Shame on you text manager, poor decisions, obviously, you were misinformed once again. Someone has been feeding you malarkey. Oh yes. And to top it off the vehicle is not even properly G and numbered what the hell is going on.
