  1. Even a blind man could see..if it don’t Fit ..your DONT aquit.

This non conforming Garage is such an insult to the town and its whole history..
After this anything goes taxpayers..developers licking their chops on this
coup…best part ?.taxpayers on the hook while they cash in and drive away with the loot.

  3. Our Nightmare is circling the town of Ridgewood and everyone is congratulating each other that only half of the plane broke off and crushed
that neighborhood and that’s a set up for the developers to glom onto those unused spots late in the evening when the drug dealers and muggers catch the 12:05 am southbound.a complete failure for what?

the dreams of some second seatings at the main political restaurants
during May and June.then customers head to the shore.

we RIDGEWOOD comoners will be left with a heavy Tab for the life of the bonding ..street meters can hold enough quarters to pay for this disgrace

just watch. there will soon be car rental outlets and drug dealers taking over that
new snazzy non performing bonded liability hangout.People will haul out of here..realtors will love the churn…

  4. There is no way that the paved Streets in that representation are to scale. That is a very tight corner and side street…what are the churches position in that direct area .

    1. the Garage fits on the hudson street lot ,unlike the Garagezilla that Paul Aronsohn and the 3 amigos tried to sneak by which covered most of the street

  5. Why don’t they make compact parking space spots around the village? They could fit more cars in parallel parking space on E.Ridgewood. Longer vehicle could check out slant angle spots. Did you ever go to
The Ridgewood Car shoe in Sept. If a 1960’s Caddy can parallel park on the down down spots.. they are toooo large. Make them for compact cars only.

  6. What are you are you on some bad weed .

  7. How about some spots in town for motorcycles

  8. That looks like it belongs in Hackensack, not Ridgewood.

    1. not yet but soon with the high density housing ,thanks to Paul Aronsohn and the 3 Amigos

  9. Is there any hope of the council realizing that a garage in that spot is a total waste of money? Even if you can charge the builders of the apartments a high monthly rental instead of the bargain basement prices they will demand, it’s a cost eating dinosaur. Two parking decks in two parts of town, maybe, but one big garage at that location is only for the developers and commuters (and they will both definitely complain about paying the prices that their actual cost would require.)
