Ridgewood NJ, Michael Lembo, was sworn in as a Lieutenant of the Ridgewood Police Department at the Wednesday evenings Village council meeting. Lt. Lembo graduated from the University of Scranton in 2001 with a bachelor’s degree in history, and in 2020, graduated from Marist College, where he received his Master of Public Administration degree. Michael was promoted to Sergeant in 2015 and assigned to the Detective Bureau in 2018.
He completed both the FBI’s Supervisory and Command Leadership Institutes. Michael is a recent graduate of the NJ State Association of Chiefs of Police Command and Leadership Course, formerly the West Point Command and Leadership course.

We saw his ethics on the board of Ed so this should work out nicely for the PD. Pretty telling that no one came out for him last night. The cops usually pack the courtroom for promotions.
He is not deserving of this. All the cops despise him. For good reasons
