Ridgewood NJ, Superintendent of Ridgewood Schools, Dr. Mark Schwarz, gave an impassioned locker room speech during Thursday night’s Superintendent Coffee.
Unfortunately, his underdog team is not predicted to get past the upstart Federal Government. The heavily favored Government has shown recently that it is working for all people and plays an aggressive and adaptable style that will keep the preseason favorite from gaining any momentum of its own. It is predicted that Ridgewood School Educrats will struggle to make adjustments at the half.
The higher seeded Government, with a new coaching staff, has the advantage of having its band in the stands. These seasoned musicians play a continuous drum beat when the team transitions into its full court press. This 6th man is as formidable as any. The combination is expected to defeat racially and socially divisive pedagogy.
The crowd, initially inspired by the Superintendent’s pregame speech, will begin criticizing the administrative team’s play on the court prior to the final buzzer.
We now return to regularly scheduled programming.
Residents now have the clarity and growing confidence that this Board of Education and its restructured administrative team is parading its students down a dark path into a dead end of political and legal ideology. The systematic dismantling of the district’s “Tradition of Excellence” just needs the approval of the County Superintendent and Board of Education before the scheduled groundbreaking of the strategic vision can commence.
Scheduled to be cutting the ribbon on the district’s groundbreaking ceremony will be Ms. Ali Harwin, current Chair of Somerville Elementary School’s DEI committee and presumed Grand Marshall of the newly assembled power team of DEI activists. So long as Ali Harwin and her co-conspirators, accomplices, and active allies have a seat at the table as “advisors” (hello, Elon?!) residents must start adjusting to the reality that the transition from education to extreme activism is in its final stages. The permits are rubber stamped.
Those who plan the parade should also clarify who is on clean up dooty.
A note from our sponsors: Despite whatever assurances the Superintendent provides residents, the district is a recipient of federal funds. When accepting these funds, the district essentially enters into a contract with the federal government. Want the funds? Comply with the mandated conditions set by the grantors. All schools were put on notice with the Department of Education, Office of Civil Rights “Dear Colleague” letter from February 14, 2025. Ridgewood Schools are out of compliance. Once the Federal Government addresses these same problems in universities, it will put the full court press on public schools. The prominent institutions tend to get the most attention.

The fact that the ‘Superintendent Coffees’ are still held virtually 5 years after the pandemic tells you everything you need to know.
It certainly does.
I’m confused. Where is there any actual reference to or evidence of some grand Ridgewood DEI plan other than the fact that Ali Harwin is on a board at Somerville? Am I missing something? Seriously, I’d like to know.
reading is fundamental
As against these DEI programs as I am, part of me enjoys watching Ridgewood’s covert racists squirming at the mere talk of them, just like Democrats do when DOGE starts knocking on their doors looking for fraud.
Democrats are the party of slavery and the modern race industry promoting racism through DEI and CRT
More waste of tax payer monies! There’s no need to promote racism when it’s alive and well and obviously not going anywhere, especially amongst the hardcore commenters here.
you mean like you?
Correct, which is why “Not Like Us” is a #1 song.
Ali Harwin is all you need to know. Jeepers, really? Cancer always starts as ONE CELL. Then it splits and multiplies.
listen if your first reaction to all issues is to get on your knees and kiss arse , you need to seek professional help
What are the Ridgewood DEI programs that the administration is pushing?
