Ridgewood Veterinary Hospital In Person Appointments Now Available

the staff of the Ridgewood blog
Ridgewood NJ, In Person Appointments starting July 6th!! We will be offering two choices for appointments. You and your pet can either come inside the hospital or, if you feel safer, we can still offer curb-side medical care for your pets. Your Client Care Representative will explain the details. If you choose to accompany your pet into the hospital, you must wear a face mask. Only 1 person per family may enter with your pet, and a limited number of people will be permitted into the hospital at one time. Upon arrival, we ask you to call us. When it’s time to see the doctor, a team member will escort you into the hospital with your pet. At all times we ask you to honor our social distancing regulations to keep everyone safe.
Curbside service will still be required for picking up medication and food. For your convenience, you can also order medication and food through the myVCA app, or our myVCA Online Store at ShopMyVCA. com.

We hope that all of your family members remain healthy, but if someone at home is sick, please let us know so that we can prepare and take measures to protect our staff. In general, pets should be isolated from sick family members. If you are sick, please try to arrange to have someone else bring your pet to the hospital. If not possible, talk to a Client Care Representative about our new Telemedicine service, which may or may not be appropriate in all situations. We will discuss all your options for the safest care for all concerned.
