No garage
Building this monstrosity is a classic example of arrogantly defying the democratic will of the Ridgewood populace.
and building 4 high density housing developments in the CBD is ??????
What about the finances ? Deferred payments for 2 years so the taxes don’t go up and Mr Suave and his team get elected.

Certain to go down in history as the most outrageous expenditure ever by a group of local elected officials.
This drawing is so freaking distorted. The bus looks miniature. And it looks like Hudson is four car widths across. Come on. And what the heck is this, stores on the ground floor? What? I thought there was going to be parking on the first floor. This project is so effed up.
Time for holding those responsible..this is not Russia yet.
it’s certainly Exciting to the developers…they will take the money and run..
we never learn voters…it’s not about our benefit..The Garage is a Taking…
3:14 is completely correct.Distorted representation is par for the course as the town tries to slip this one through as a summer special ..a strategy made famous as the families of RIdgewood are away and distracted,
how about we cut our losses and pave and reconstruct every lot in VOR
BOND THAT and let’s go from there.
this is being done for out of town targeted retaurant and excess overnight
parking for the overdevelopment of an urban village concept that will need
an incredible increase of taxes as the losses are racked up..the garage
will be a urban blight and drain on the entire village finances and trigger
overdevelopment with impact to school cost overruns for the rental families .
Ridgewood Council ( All Five) will be holding a special seminar on VOO DOO economic and how to build garage, get elected and pay for it after they are gone. Refreshment served by the Ridgewood Chamber of Commerce. Dates to be announcedP. Location of these seminars will be at the Ridgewood Library. In conjunction to the VOO DOO economic the library will be hold a seminar on how to rape the taxpayer and renovate your library with a new performing and Center and parking deck.
House of detention for the future follies of a town gone mad.
Raised Parking Garage is against everything this village stands for
architecture standards and misuse of public funds for a merchants boondoggle. These neighborhood busters have prooven that you never see one you admire unless you are scream up their ramps and plantogetas far away as you can once you have a few bottles of Cabernet..
no window shopping here ..place to go and people to see after the
restaurants soak their wallets..other times they are slums for cars and
out of town commuter grifters
6:53 Survey SAYS …. : Terminal Case of Other People’s Money..a complete disgrace..Roads are at Condition Zero…on the scales to hell..
