  2. Time to sell it. We are all wondering what it is worth.
Why can’t they tell us all. What is the value. Why is it a secret?

    1. The Village will never sell it because despite all of the problems, it is a real cash cow. Although they’re not supposed to, they use the revenue to help support other Village initiatives.

      1. Yes, Don’t get rid of the goose that lays the Golden Egg.

    2. Agreed. It is valuable and will provide the Village with a HUGH cash infusion. Shop it around and let’s see the offers. Why are we in the water business at all? Why not gas and electricity generation too? Broadband? Cellular? Sell it and get out from under this monstrosity.

  3. Yes I know.

  4. I hate to say it but I am relieved that at least they got the Feds to pay for most of the PFAS clean-up. Seemed like the last few administrations had no idea how to move forward. Biden has spent way too much money, but in this case I think it is money well spent…

  5. The borough of Ridgewood will never sell this cash cow. They’re able to hide expenses do what they want. It’s all part of the scheme..

    1. Never question it.
Just get rid of the artificial turf fields.
