Anyone that voted for Mr. Hache, Mr Voigt or Ms Walsh should vote No.
Anyone that attends Mount Carmel should vote NO
Anyone who thinks that 35 units/acre is too dense should vote NO
Anyone who doubts the sincerity of the outgoing Council majority should vote NO
Anyone who is not a developer should vote NO
I think that covers all but about 6 people in town.
Vote NO.
How about anyone who cares about the little restaurants and shops on and near Hudson? Also vote NO.
But if I vote yes, won’t I get free dessert at It’s Greek to Me or Fish?

I wish they would propose banning Aronsohn, Hauck and Pucciarelli from the Village for life.
