…the fly has learned that after the “Get Acquainted Luncheon at Village Hall”, Mayor Aronsohn went off the rails yelling campaigner Dana Glazer outside the event . Attendees say the mayor, went from pleasantly serving lunch a little while earlier, to being belligerent like he was a completely different person. While the Village event was suppose to be a non partisan affair , all three of the Council majority were in attendance , till council person Susan Knudsen arrived and the deputy mayor quickly departed . I am a senior who attended that lunch. I saw the Mayor start screaming at that nice man who was giving our lunch invitations. The mayor is very disorderly and rude. I am glad he is leaving
The mayor has tiraded at so many people in the last eight years it is too many to count. BULLY

I have never written to your Blog before but I am doing so now because my daughter suggested this. I want to tell you what happened yesterday so maybe you can let people know. I went to the Get Acquainted Luncheon at Town Hall with some of my senior friends. It was very nice. When I was leaving I was greeted by a nice young man who invited me to a lunch to meet some people who are running for office in town. He was so polite and friendly. Then when I got to the bus I turned and saw our mayor, Mr. Aronsohn, and he seemed to be yelling at the man who gave me the invitation. I stood there in disbelief. The mayor, who had been pleasantly serving lunch to all of us just a little while earlier, was now being belligerent like he was a completely different person. In my day we would have called him a big bully. From what I could tell the mayor was angry about the invitations that were being distributed by the man and also a lady. I was going to have the driver call the police but then the mayor seemed to realize that he was making a public fool of himself so he backed off. The man and the lady seemed to be so calm, are they used to this kind of treatment? After such a nice event it was a shame that I had to witness this behavior to ruin my afternoon.

The mayor is said to have removed a camera from Dana’s hand. Simple assault and harassment charges should have been filed. Security camera that watches back parking lot probably captured everything. Wonder if the tape will conveniently be lost as has happened in the past.
What a guy. He interferes with taxpayers’ business relationships, uses taxpayers’ intellectual property for his personal political gain without permission, and now abuses taxpayers who are legally assembling in a public place. Good riddance to bad rubbish.

Can he be fired two months early? I am worried he will cause too much damage at the last minute before leaving office.

11:20…I am so sorry you had to witness this bullying behavior. I have been a recipient of our Mayor’s bullying tactics and it wasn’t pleasant. He is a man who appears to be one way but if you disagree with him he is vicious. Awful that residents have to be treated in such a manner. I will celebrate the day he leaves our Village which I surmise is pretty soon. I hope Tuesday’s vote goes to Walsh, Hache and Voigt and we can turn the page on this horrible Aronsohn reign.
