Totowa NJ, the Passaic County Regular Republican Organization voted overwhelmingly to nominate businessman Frank Pallotta in his upcoming rematch with Democrat Josh Gottheimer.
“I would like to thank Chairman Peter Murphy, Vice Chairwoman Joanie Walsh, State Committeeman Matt Conlon, and the entire Passaic County Republican Organization for its support,” said Mr. Pallotta. “It is becoming clearer each day that there is more and more support for a change in Washington. Josh Gottheimer and the Democrats have no plan to address inflation, no plan to deal with crime, and are displaying nothing but weakness in the face of Russian aggression.”
“The Passaic County Regular Republican Organization is proud to endorse Frank Pallotta for Congress in New Jersey’s Fifth District,” said Chairman Murphy. “Frank has the business experience, work ethic, and common sense approach to resonate with voters and send Josh Gottheimer packing in November.”
New Jersey’s Fifth Congressional District now includes the Passaic County municipalities of Bloomingdale, Ringwood, Wanaque, and West Milford.
This will be Mr. Pallotta’s second race with Mr. Gottheimer following a close 2020 election. The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee has placed Mr. Gottheimer on a list of their most vulnerable incumbents.
