  3. Just curious who is handling the sanitation and recycling at these locations. They must be producing a lot of waste at these new housing complexes.

  4. Its not a Village anymore – Ridgewood is clearly a city

  5. Richard Joel
    Susan Knudsen
    Melanie Hoban
    Dianne o’Brian

    And 4 high cost consultants

  6. They are all hideous but the worst is the one protruding from Sealfons. Been here 30+ years and I never thought I’d see the day that we would have this sort of ugly, oversized housing in downtown. ll I need to know is Rurik moved into one of these overpriced, tacky dumps . . . .

  7. The original plan for the Wawa on Route 17 in Ramsey was initially denied because it was “just too big”. Even though it conformed to the zoning ordinance. The eventually approved plan has not been built, maybe because it’s not big enough? That building on the Ken Smith site is “just too big”, However, if you would look back on the preliminary drawings it looked reasonable in size. If the Village continues to approve buildings with that kind of mass, yes, it will look like a city.
