Ridgewood NJ, Treat Me Sweet Cookies held a grand opening in Ridgewood on October 29th with Mayor Susan Knudsen cutting the ribbon joined by Gary Kolesair President of the Ridgewood Chamber of Commerce .
“So excited to be a sweet addition to the Ridgewood community! Thanks to everyone who came out to support our grand opening! Looking forward to growing and being your favorite cookie stop in town!”
According to their website , “From an early age my favorite pastime was drawing. I would draw for hours at a time, finding great joy in giving my creations to anyone who would take them. I knew early on all I wanted to do was create for a living!
When I married and moved to New Jersey, I wanted to find a fun hobby I could invest time in. I found cake decorating classes and spent four months learning the culinary art of cake design. This launched my love and curiosity into what else I could decorate. I landed my love of cookies and haven’t looked back.
I now pride myself in providing unique one of a kind cookies experiences to my customers. My goal is to not only create outstanding cookies to look at, but amazing cookies to eat! I find the whole package deal to be incredibly important. My cookies are baked fresh to order and hours of time spent customizing the WOW factor. You won’t find cookies like mine anywhere else! “

Sounds like Tweet Me Mean.
knudson shows up again. Good for the stores and Ridgewood.
What, no Gottheimer?
another stay at home mom vanity business.
Ill give the 9 months before the husband pulls the funding.
You got that right.
How many times have we seen this?
A cookie store?
Really?
In this economy?
6 months tops.
The 80s called… They want their business model back.
Treat me sweet reportedly not really happening in Ridgewood.
Is it true Siobhan Winograd is now a hidden modeator on Ridgewood Moms and Dads Facebook page? According to another page Winograd and coadministrator Friedes kicked knudsen out of their group.
Winograd and her supporters are all over the RMD campaigning for Winograd and Weitz and bashing Knudsen. Rules say no politics. Why now? Steve Friedes helping Winograd? Looks like it.
Steve and Siobhan strike again?
Yes, a facebook page has much to do with a cookie shop opening up.
And you guys talk about candidates being unhinged….
Steve Friedes all over Facebook trying to do damage control. a pretty big story. Winograd resigned as administrator of Ridgewood Moms and Dads due to running for Village Council. Then a few weeks later on September 20 new unknown admin appeared. No name attached to the admin.
A few days ago Ridgewood,
Moms and Dads allowed political posts even though there rules prohibit political posts. Everyone calling Friedes out for breaking the page rules.
Residents report Winograd and her supporters were posting campaign messages all over moms and dads, posting like crazy. Attacking Knudsen.
According to sources and other Facebook pages knudsen was totally blocked from the mom and dad page. Not right.
Don’t vote for Winograd.
Not sure where all the angst / hate on this shop is coming from.
I had the chance to stop in and the store is beautiful, cookies were delicious, and it looks like she kept the chocolates and tea the former store (Spicers?) was selling.
Anyway, I wish her luck, and I’ll certainly be a repeat customer.
