Twp. of Washington NJ, Mayor Peter Calamari updated the Township of the latest developments DPW building demolition project .
Saying on a Facebook post , “The DPW building demolition has started today. At Monday nights Council meeting the Council approved the architect to start working with the department to design their future building. That will take place while the soil at the location is being remediated. Since our review of locations for a temporary site for the DPW did not turn up any locations within Town, the new building will be constructed in the same place as the existing one.
Any disruption in service days/times will be posted ahead of time.”
