Ridgewood NJ, the Valley Home Care (VHC) team was the only home health organization in Bergen and Passaic Counties to receive a five-star patient satisfaction rating on an overall quality indicator in the most recent Home Health Care Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HHCAHPS) survey dated July 2016 to June 2017. The HHCAHPS survey is administered by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and contains a variety of questions pertaining to patient care and patient-provider communication. VHC’s five-star rating is based upon its patients providing high scores (9 or 10 out of 10) on the survey’s overall satisfaction question. We are so proud of this accomplishment!
