Law360, New York (November 06, 2013, 9:06 PM ET) — An attorney for a hospital targeted in a case seeking clarification of confidentiality provisions in New Jersey’s Patient Safety Act told the state’s Supreme Court on Wednesday that investigative information related to a patient injured at birth was protected, while an attorney for the injured plaintiff’s mother disputed that privilege.
