  2. “The New Valley Hospital will be a modern, 372-bed healthcare facility on a state-of-the-art campus that incorporates best practices in healthcare facility design. Plans call for an approximately 910,000-square-foot facility that will range in height from three to seven stories. The New Valley Hospital will be in full compliance with the zoning ordinances already established by Paramus.”

If you look at their drawings, it is 7-stories plus a 2-story mechanical penthouse and “approximately” 910,000 square foot facility (weren’t they shooting for over 1-million SF in Ridgewood?). First they couldn’t bully their way into Village, now they brag about complying with zoning ordinances? And of course Paramus’ favorite sons Menendez, Gottheimer and Murphy were all at the groundbreaking with shovels.
