  9. Let’s make sure they meet the criteria

  10. Let’s make sure they meet the requirements

    1. Let’s make sure the requirements meet them

  11. Yeah ok. They’re putting in whoever the hell they want. So stop wasting your time. Exactly know the individual.

  12. Why can’t Heather apply? if she can’t, I assume she does not have this specific background.

  13. How did Wednesday night’s meeting go?

Who was the lightning rod this week?

  14. The requirements and experience is so vague it leaves the field open to anybody who scraped by in college enough to get a degree and maybe interned with a municipality for a summer or two. This pick was made the day after the November election. What amazes me is that Vag would schedule and attend any additional meetings to engage in a faux interview process.

  15. Sometimes in life, it’s who you know not what you know. Today hey think about this, how many Village employees were hired in the past few years because they knew somebody. Do you know what that number is, I do. A good 10 to 15 employees. friends, buddies, relatives, hey, I know a guy that knows a guy, credentials, my ass. The village has been hiring employees with no experience no CDL, so you know what they can hire whoever they want and put them into office and guess what, send them to school for two years you’ll be certified.

  16. Frankie Boy will get the nod.

  17. Hey make him a commissioner. At least the police department can’t bullshit him.

  20. Whoever the new manager will be, there will be a few things that we the taxpayers demand.
1—— a full list of employees receiving paid stipend. The amount they are receiving, and what are they receiving it for. It can’t they fully document that they could do that job.
2——-all village vehicles will be properly lettered and marked with village markings.
3——— all supervision will be in the workforce, all supervision are working foreman.
    4——- we don’t have anymore superintendent’s throughout the village.anymore
5——-the new village manager will make his or her rounds throughout the village on a daily basis. Especially starting times. Which is extremely important.

  21. Yes it’s on the table. But extremely quiet we’ll see.

  22. Some people better watch their fat ass. Yea you.

  23. Hey, I know a guy that knows a guy that might like that
    job ,
