LIBRARY EARLY CLOSING – The Ridgewood Public Library will close today at 5:00 pm today due to the impending storm and potential for flooding. Please check in Wednesday morning before coming to the Library.
BULK REFUSE – Solid waste and recycling employees will be collecting bulk refuse as long as conditions permit. Currently, the National Weather Service is predicting 2 – 4 inches of rain fall, with locally higher amounts. Residents of the Village who live near the Ho-Ho-Kus Brook or the Saddle River, are encouraged to monitor local weather reports for weather conditions and flood gages. Residents who live in these areas should avoid placing any items at the curb. Arrangements will be made at a later date to collect your area on Friday January 12, 2024. Thank you for your cooperation.
RECYCLING CENTER – The Ridgewood Recycling Center is CLOSED tomorrow, in accordance with the normal Wednesday schedule.
SENIOR BUS SCHEDULE – There will be no Senior Bus operations tomorrow, Wednesday, January 10,, 2024. Routes will resume on Thursday, January 11,, 2024.
MEETING SCHEDULE CHANGES – The Board of Adjustment meeting scheduled for tonight, Tuesday, January 9, 2024 has been CANCELLED. The Shade Tree Commission will meet this evening via Zoom (click here).
