Yes, this has to stop immediately. Where Is the manager on this one. The village manager needs to address this. He needs to make a surprise visit at 7 AM at the Central garage. We cannot have a dozen employees sitting around from 7 AM to almost 8 AM every single day doing nothing but Twiddle Their thumbs Waiting for their daily assignments. Something is very wrong with the supervision. How can this be happening on a daily basis. Other departments are Flipping out over this. Each and every day we are leaving our Department at seven to go to work and the street department And fleet service or hanging around till 8 AM this is not right not fair.
