In a lame attempt to discredit Ms. Kwak’s performance as a two-term member of the Ridgewood Board of Education, during the candidates’ debate held earlier this week, Mr. Vagianos reported that the current year student-to-teacher ratio had increased to 16:1 (13:1 is the actual ratio).

This was not an accident. He asked the moderator for an opportunity to speak, and called out “HyunJu” by name and stated these numbers – that during her time the teacher ratios have changed – which was a LIE. He talks about civility – the starting point for civility is being truthful.

Someone should have asked the moderator if Vagianos coulc address about his rather unethical behavior over the last year. His relationship with Jason D’Alessi owner of TapInto based on the recent article that just came about about pink slime journalism. A guy who runs a news outlet online is the Facebook admin for Vagianos mayoral page and illegally blocked or hid comments from the public. Also why not ask Vagianos to address concerns about monies lent to a Chair of a Committee, without the intervention of Matt Rogers who worked for the law partner’s firm, as it is clearly a conflict of interest.
Or receipts for the 4 million feed the frontlines money. Where did 4 million go?
