Wyckoff NJ, an intense rainstorm swept through Bergen County on Saturday afternoon, September 7th, causing damage to several homes. One of the most serious incidents occurred in Wyckoff, where a large tree fell onto a ranch-style home in the 300 block of Monroe Avenue around 4:30 PM.

Former Wyckoff Resident Sues Township, Alleges Sexual Abuse by Ex-Athletic Director

Wyckoff NJ, a former Wyckoff resident has filed a lawsuit accusing the township and its recreation department of failing to protect him from sexual abuse as a child. The lawsuit, submitted in state Superior Court in Bergen County on August 22, alleges that Leonard Loran, a former athletic director, used his position to sexually abuse the victim during the early 1980s.
