The Intelligence and Criminal Enterprise Section is comprised of the Violent & Organized Crime Control Bureaus (North, Central, and South), Counter Terrorism Bureau, and Official Corruption Bureau. These bureaus oversea the Drug Trafficking Units (North and Central), Weapons Trafficking Units (North and Central), Drug and Weapons Trafficking South Unit, Gangs & Organized Crime Units (North and South), Crime Suppression Units (North, Central, and South), Motor Vehicle Crimes Unit (North and South), Cargo Theft Unit, Joint Terrorism Task Force Unit, Central Security Unit, Intelligence Services Unit, Official Corruption Units (North and South).
The troopers and detectives in this section work in a variety of capacities and handle different types of investigations throughout the state. We are taking this opportunity to highlight a portion of their work conducted from August 26 through September 2. During that eight-day stretch, the section is credited with the following:

Residential search warrants executed: 8

Marijuana – 32.5 lbs
Heroin – 45 bricks & 280 grams raw heroin
Methamphetamine – 1.5 pounds
Cocaine – 483 grams
Fentanyl – 673 grams
PLD’s – 3,664 (Adderall & Ecstasy)
GHB – 1 liter
Psilocybin Mushrooms – 326 grams
Cannabis Infused Edibles – 2,070 grams
U.S. Currency seized: $296,895 and additional $112,478 seized in bank account = $409,373
Stolen Vehicles Recovered: (4) 2021 Acura RDX, 2021 Jeep Cherokee SRT, 2021 Jeep Cherokee Trackhawk, 2014 Honda Accord. (Estimated recovered value: $214,000)
Stolen Property Recovered: (45) I-Phones, (4) I-Pads, (10) Samsung Phones, (2) Air Pods, (1) Samsung Watch (Estimated recovered value: $100,000)
Additional Seizures: (6) high-capacity magazines, (2) switches to convert to fully auto, (2) money counters, narcotic paraphernalia, hollow-point and ball ammunition, gun suppressor
